Who we are
Merchant Signals Capital ("MSC", "we") is a financial technology company, not a bank. We use business data signals to help small and mid-sized businesses find working capital through participating funding companies.
Information we collect
When you submit a funding application we collect the information you provide: business name, industry, time in business, monthly revenue range, requested funding amount and use of funds, and your contact details (name, role, email, phone). We may also record the marketing source of your visit so we can measure which campaigns work.
How we use and share it
We use your information to evaluate funding eligibility, to contact you about your request, and to improve our underwriting models. Applications may be shared with participating funding companies and our processing partners so they can present offers to you. We do not sell your personal information.
Credit inquiries
Submitting this form does not trigger a hard credit pull and does not affect your credit score. If you later choose to move forward with a specific funding offer, that funder may request additional information or perform its own credit review under its own terms.
Security and retention
Application data is encrypted in transit and retained only as long as needed to serve your funding request and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing mc@merchantsignalscapital.com.
Costs and fees
Merchant Signals Capital is a financial technology company, not a bank or lender, and we do not issue capital. There is no fee to apply or to check eligibility. If you accept an offer, the participating funding company sets the cost — typical MCA-style working capital uses a factor rate and a share of daily receipts rather than a simple APR, and any origination, ACH, or other fees are disclosed in that funder's contract before you sign. Figures shown on this site are illustrative, not an offer of credit. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, any amount, or any funding timeline, and this form does not create a hard credit pull.
